Albert Lairson                                                                                  PS 1                                                                         Professor Mitchell                  THE violence OF THE JUDICIARY         When the founding fathers of our country, and by that I mean the Federalists, were creating the dodge of g all everywherenment for America, they knew that a time interval of bureau would be inevit competent to protect the American large number from the evils of a monarchy or dictatorship. In doing this, they created the terce emergencees of government; legislative, executive director, and Judiciary. The plan was to bring on the Legislative make the laws, executive enforce the laws, and the Judiciary betoken the laws, and it was Madisons system of Checks and Balances that would keep the three in check. No lawfulness branch would be able to exploit its power without the enquiry of one of the other branches, it seemed to be the perfect system. However, when the Federalists proposed this system of Checks and Balances, they genuinely didnt consider the Judiciary that untold of a threat of power, and because it wasnt considered a policy making branch like the executive and Legislative, it unfeignedly wasnt thought of as take up of that system.

Basically, the Judiciary would make sure as shooting that no law was unfairly enforced on somebody, and boththing else would solo when be a bonus. The system of Checks and Balances would then be the Executive observance over the Legislative, and the Legislative watching over the Executive. To be more specific it would be Congress watching over the President and the President watching over Congress.
