The offline retailers diversify their marketing strategy to succeed on the web. Consumers use computers, tablets, and mobile devices to find the lowest-cost products and to complete a retail transaction. Thus, the retailers have developed a marketing strategy to integrate the online and offline experiences. The three techniques that the retail merchants use to integrate their online and offline include the interactive kiosks; online order of in-store pick-up or home delivery; online order with in-store returns.
